  • References to “We” and “Our” in these pre-sale terms shall, where the context permits, be to us (Basalt Distillery Ltd (NI672259) and Fullerton Arms Ballintoy

 

  1. Age Restriction

 

  • By placing an order, you warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

 

  • If you are purchasing the product as a gift, the recipient must also be of legal drinking age in their country of residence.

 

  • You hereby accept full responsibility for whoever accepts delivery of the product at the delivery address.

 

  • Our courier shall be entitled to request proof of identification and age from the person accepting delivery of the product at the delivery address.

 

  1. Date for delivery
  • Payment will be taken at the time of purchase, and We will seek to dispatch your order on or before 1st May 2022 (Dispatch Date).  However, in the event that We are prevented from meeting the Dispatch Date for any reason beyond Our reasonable control, all customers will be informed of such delays prior to 1st May 2022 (Dispatch Date).
